Yesterday I downloaded the TWJ app and the virtual effects are making me to feel like Jordan is with me. The no gym workout routines are God level!!! Keep it up Jordan..👍🏻👍🏻

For some who are struggling with their pace when you start to feel fatigue and gassing out, I would suggest to focus on the rhythm of the background music to maintain a steady pace. Once you focus on the rhythm you’ll feel less tired. At least that’s how I managed to pull through.

Today was hard work, Not skipped any challenges, I started the new year repeating this fantastic 21-day challenge.
When this came out last year I did the same, this is a motivating challenge. Takes no longer than 20 minutes. I do it everyday after walking my dog, love from the UK

Day 9 check after a 18 minutes hiit!!! Sweaty!!! Thanks Mr Jordan! Il keep on training with 5 minutes ABS and it will ok for today! See you tomorrow!

Hi Jordan my name is Gigi. This is my husbands account bc I'm on his computer lol but I'm loving your 21 day challenge so far. I just started working out again after my third baby and I thought this would be something fun to start with since I have no clue when it comes to working out so just following you makes it much better for me to follow and to want to keep going!! day 9 done and you kicked my butt! When I wanted to give up you said "no just finish this with me" and that gives me all the motivation to not quit. Thank you so much for these videos for your energy and time. I really do appreciate it. FYI my 8 year old said " wow that guy is ripped" lol

I thought i won't make it to the end but i did it.... breathless! But i had more energy to do Level 2 workout!
