Most of the times I get stressed when I trip and the rope hits my toe. So, in my case jump rope doesnt reduce stress 😁

About to start jumping again because I’m about to start working as an animal control officer and want to get back into the best shape of my life. Jumping rope was what got me to the fittest I’ve ever been a few years ago before I fell off. I almost had visible abs and I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t continue but I started getting super depressed at the time. Can’t wait to get back to being healthy, active and confident again.

Just wondered bout brisk walking everyday.. Is it will be same result or same impact on health? Because one day when i am old I can't do skipping as it will hurt my leg in the future. Safer to walk
