Wake, stretch and focus on your breath as you move through each movement in this lovely flowing class. A great way to start your day. And a lovely routine to condition the body without putting the joints under pressure. A feel good morning routine.

i go back to this one a lot. it's a great strengthening workout and doesn't compromise my joints etc because of the osteoporosis! just fabulous

Hi Rachel, today was the first time I have joined in a live session for a few weeks following an acute flare up with my back. I have been practising your back pain videos which have been so helpful in relieving pain. Progressed to some of the standing Pilates sessions and today also managed the last Friday session. Listening to your feedback, I can recommend your foot mobility, I use this regularly as I was suffering with Planta Fasciitis, along with the foot stability video and can honestly say I do not have any issues at present, now hoping to get back to the playlists. Have a great holiday and thank you for being such an inspiration. 🤩

Oh, thank you so much for this Stretch and Strengthen Routine! I'm 68 and have been used to walking at least four miles 4-5 days a week for the last two years. I recently had a fracture in my foot resulting in having to wear a boot and directions to NOT walk more than a few steps a day for two more weeks. It's torture! Your various floor routines have saved me!

❤ Hi Rachel! Its been quite a few weeks that I havent done Pilates... ( Had the flu and arthritic problems)
Im so glad I saved the Seniors gentle workouts as a playlist as this one was just the best to get back into my return to exercise everyday.

I have been doing another of your core and glut exercise you tubes and this was a nice gentle one to alternate with harder ones. Trying to build core without getting back pain, doing 10 x 15 min practice most every day! Thanks
