You'll learn a pranayama technique called "left nostril breathing" that's extremely relaxing, and then we'll move into bedtime stretches that you can do on your yoga mat or in bed. Happy Valentine's Day to you Dr. Bri as well, I started watching your videos over a year and half ago because of my pelvic floor problems and I'm now pain free .I keep doing the exercises.any way just in case . Thank much. Very relaxing! I felt "impulse" to balance left-nostril breathing with right nostril breathing directly after.. Is there reason not do that?
