Walking is such good exercise, but sometimes the weather is to bad to walk outside. This is a low to moderate intensity workout that you can follow along with at home, and it is all based off of walking. This workout is the equivalent of walking about 2 miles outside, and is very low impact and easy to follow along. In this workout I use a Penalty Box Fit, but you do not need it or any other equipment to do the workout. This is such a great way to burn those calories, get in shape, and get those steps in when the weather is bad, or you just want to try something fun and new.
