I'm young and in good health, but mine pops if I do too many pushups, or put my hands on the side of my head and press, any ideas?

My shoulder pops when I up and down my hand and popping when I push up

When I move my shoulder to the side it pops, so should I try it for a couple weeks to see if it stops the popping or should I do it and instantly see results?
