Going to try these! I suffer with hand wrist and forearm pain plus finger numbness from gripping a walking stick, one in each hand, due to disability. Grocery shopping day is especially fun! Thanks for the video 👍

Wfh so i type a lot. My wrist were constantly popping when i would break and rotate. Did the rotate of the broom stick on one hand and did the hold and stretch after to that same hand. That wrist stopped popping and the other with no exercises continued. THIS WORKS!!!

Thank you so very much, I'm a calisthenics entheisuast and I've begun to consider my grip strength, however I've recently noticed a clicking while trying weighted pronation, this has helped me massively. 👍

Omg, I was complaining about that to my friend yesterday! I'm a guitarist and my wrist started popping two months ago, so it's extremely uncomfortable to happen while playing. Thanks, I'll definitely try that!

Thank you for this amazing video. My 16yo son fractured his right hook of the hamate bone and underwent surgery to remove the fractured hook 2 1/2 months ago. We are working to increase grip strength using pinch blocks, grippers, wrist rollers, etc. Using a dynamometer his left hand strength is 105lbs and right hand 101lbs but he still feels his right hand is weaker and just showed me how it pops. I found this video and will start the exercises asap. Thank you so much again 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹
