Thank you so much for the 14 in 1 supplement you recommend! For me, It took 3-4 weeks to really see small results! I have more control over my bladder and less pain early in the morning when I wake up. Also, I cut back on milk products since I started it. I have started gym training at home with dumbbells, barbells, push-ups, abs, etc and I started walking more and trying to hit 10 000 steps 4/day week. Pretty sure the combination of this supplement with lifestyle change helps. I'll try to give feedback.

I don't drink hardly any alcohol but my weakness for the other "bad" foods here probably more than makes up for that. At age 61 my PSA was found to be 9. Ten years later it is now nearly 10, so will be having the biopsy procedure this week. Luckily, no family history of prostate cancer or very few other cancers.
