1. Bone broth/collagen 2. Fermented foods/probiotics 3. Coconut (oil, meat, milk) 4. Herbs and Spices/ginger is #1, peppermint, cardamom, fennel, licorice root 5. Wild caught fish, grass fed berth, free range chicken breast 6. Best Fruits: blueberries high in fiber and antioxidants, also had resveratrol 7. Specific cooked veggies: cooked is better than raw for your gut! Pumpkin is super amazing, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli)

Bone broth veggie, meat soup that’s been cooked for a long long time!

Stay away from grains, sugar, hydrogenated oils, ect... stick to the foods you should eat instead.

Herbs and spices - ginger, peppermint, cardamom. Right types of fruits - pears, blueberries. Specific cooked vegetables - pumpkin, asparagus, cooked broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. Stay away from raw foods, dairy products, grains, wheat, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils.
