Lahat ng answers ko dito ko binase and na impress yung interviewer ko, 45 mins yung interview and pagka baba ng call may tumawag agad sakin para i congratulate ako dahil naka pasa daw🎉 review niyo lang to guys bago matulog and 3 hrs before the interview no distractions muna mas better kung isusulat para mas matandaan niyo kahit mahaba isulat niyo pa rin hehe Thanks talaga

Ang Galing galing Kuya Reneboy, mag aaply sana ako last week kase may nag PM na sakin na schedule na daw ako for Interview sa Metacom naka Massive Hiring daw sila ngayun, I do research muna then I saw this Video, Super Thankful tlga kase First time kung mapapasabak sa interview na Personal makikita ang interviewer.. at naiisip ko palang kinakabahan nako pag ganito ang interview but then it's okay kase nag tetake down notes nako. Nakapasa ako noon sa initial interview grabe natuwa ako it feels like that was my greatest achievement in life, kaso yung company na inaplayan ko matagal magprocess Kaya umabot ng Ilang weeks so yun bumalik nalang ako ng pag aaral

Thank youu for this Metacom and Kuya Rene. It really helps for those people who wants to work in BPO. And I'm one of those. However, I'm still scared to take it since I'm not good to speak in English, but I always practice to improve. I'm hoping to have a chance to work in BPO company.

No.1 rule in interviews, try to research every questions out there.
2nd you have to practice, practice, practice or look for someone who could help you by questioning you to improve ones communication and improve ones confidence.
3rd never be nervous or make sure you eat before having your interview, its really hard to black out during interview ( I know, I've had experienced it before, it wasn't pleasant.)
4th trust yourself.

Also, I remember in 2015, where I conduct my 1st interview and I was saying Ummmm.. for 10 seconds and started to black out.
