I still can't understand why BPO companies are so strict when it comes to Interviews. I mean you are not applying for a high paying Job, your Job is to answer calls from angry clients and take the heat. Think about your worth as a human being and think of another Job out there where you'll be respected and treated fairly.

may nabasa ako dito na "he's selling himself" OF COURSE! this is how it should be, dapat mo talagang maimpress ang interviewer mo dapat sa tell me about yourself pa lang ibigay mo na lahat & as what I've observed, naibigay nya na lahat ng gusto at dapat malaman ng interviewer; •Previous jobs and little background on why he left •Achievements obtained •Work gap reasons & few things he did between those times •characteristics that could be his greatest asset/contributions for the job/company he's applying for

i don't see any arrogance here, eh kung malimit ka lang naman magbigay ng information mo nasasayo na yan. mas gigisahin ka ng mga tanong kung hindi mo pa ikukompleto

Yup I just failed my final interview awhile ago. I did answer the questions properly but there's this one question my interviewer keeps on persisting me "why did I only apply now?" Already told her that I was busy taking care of the family business that was left to me and now that I'm not really doing anything and my brother is here helping me with the business. She keeps on insisting another answer from me. Like girl I don't really need to work to this low paying job to be honest I just want to try again that I might still grow in other career. Not frustrated or anything but if I work in a company with those type of people I'd rather not. 18k-25k k bye. To those who wish to apply on iqor I think they would prefer people with experience of more 6 months or a year. I do not advice newbie applying to this company. They should have just inform people with that to not waste time.
