Hats off to all call center peeps out here! Been in the industry from 2004-2009. It greatly shaped my work ethic and sharpened my communication skills.

It's very rare for a company that has a massage therapist inside, looks like they really take good care of their employees. I'll apply there once they establish an office here in Manila. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm proud to say that I am one of the people working in a BPO industry for almost 3 years now and I really love working in this field. It will help you improve your self confidence, make lot of friends, and lastly, I agree compensation wise, I can't say anything but to be grateful in this kind of work! To all aspiring agents, you make the right choice! Mabuhay ang lahat ng mga BPO!

My 1st job was a call center agent and I'm proud to say that I develop my self confidence through this industry. I worked there 1.5 years. The only reason I left the industry was because of it's shifting schedule.

I remember those days during earlier part of my career. I was once a call center agent. Although it came to a full circle and I'm back to BPO industry, my career is more in line with my IT course. It certainly helped hone my communication skills. And now? I'm not afraid and can communicate effectively with the north americans, on a daily basis.
Filipinos shouldn't be afraid of speaking english and committing mistake. Let the haters laugh. Practice makes perfect

Nice Video Jen. BPO takes good care of their employees. The problem though with BPO is the nature of the job. Most of the time when you get used to taking calls and doing the same thing over and over everyday, boredom comes and follows exhaustion/ burn out. It will be an advantage for BPO career aspirants to always have a positive energy and try to have fun on the job every now and then to avoid this. That is why marami silang pakulo sa office, to lift up employees' spirits so they can perform well. Salute to BPO agents. Been there for 5 years and it built my confidence, analyzing and leadership skills a lot.

Watching this video felt like I’m walking down the memory lane. Before I migrated to America, I used to work as a call center agent. Ang lakas lang maka-reminisce☺️

Thanks for this, Ms Jen ❤💕🙏
I am a teacher by profession but this one BPO company accepted me to be part of my first BPO job. They are indeed the best place to work. I know that the salary is not that high, I just do love how they prosper equality and how they take care of their employees.
I can say that I am part of the saying "SALUTE TO ALL BAYANING PUYAT" ..
Thank you, Ms. Jen, and more inspiring content on your vlog. Take care always 😘☺

I've been in a BPO industry for almost 10 years for 3 companies but recently I was traumatize because of the last company that I worked with, its not because how irate the customer's are or how hard the work is but because how my previous employer treated their employees, and now I am jobless because every time I encountered American's/client it reminds me how horrible experience that I had with them. I am super happy for you Miss Jen because you are in a good company, I hope that I have the courage to work in a BPO again.

Happy ako sa Teletech for 6 yrs now. You have to think critically and analyze customer effectively para mabigay yung recommendend solution sa bawat concerns nila. Kaya wag maliitin ang bpo industry. Yun lang.
