This video is still valid in 2024. Tested, approved and trusted. I watched the video before my interview, my interviewer was very impressed with my responses and I got a call back 2hours later.

I got the job today! Had an interview at 930am. Got a call back at 1225pm with a job offer. Following these techniques and answers. I am so excited and grateful. Thank you Richard.

I work in a call center. What Richard says is a must! No experience when I started. By far the most difficult job I’ve had yet. Yet is is the most rewarding. I work with veterans so empathy is a must! Speed, accuracy and professionalism is key. Especially since you don’t know what kind of a call you will have each and every time

Hi Mr. Richard McMunn. I would like to thank you very much, because I had been watching your videos for the past week before going for my interview. After many years being a freelance caregiver, and with no related experience to the job i am applying now, your videos had greatly taught me how to go through the process confidently! I passed 2 interviews already, and hopefully will get the job by the end of this month.

Wish me luck and again, thank you so much!

Somehow I found you on this platform, after years of my last interview I had. I applied for a bilingual CSR position. I wrote down all the questions I believed would be asked. Well, after about 12 hours hearing your videos, approaching my interview I felt confident I’d do well. I seemed prepared. Came to find out during my interview only 1 question was asked, was after they played a recorded call and I was asked feedback on the call. I took notes of irate question and answer you shared added to my feedback on call that was played. At the end I had a successful outcome. Thank you for every video you share. Keep it up. Blessings

I have 11 years experience with the company where I currently work. I saw a posting for remote virtual finance service specialist. This delves amongst banking and call center. I used this as an outline to sort my thoughts and 6 questions I nailed. The last 4 were a little rough because one pertain to importance of inclusivity and diversity. I answered it well but since its been a long time I've had that as an interview question I faltered in the beginning yet I finished strong by saying its easier for me to give a real life past experience that supports my answer. The last three delve around the capabilities of working with multiple technologies at one time, working through the process of learning a program, and lastly what concerns do you see that would cause a road block working in a virtual remote setting. That was a trick question, which I asked for a min to ruminate before answering. I answered all albeit the last four not as refined as I wanted it to be. My advice, make sure that not only use this as a guide to sell yourself but also make sure you don't rely on one video or one source of example sets of questions. Also even prior to wanting to apply for something different, every other day I do mock interviews in my head. Memorizing skill sets, metrics and results achieved, strong examples that define a succesful past incidents. These mock interviews id practice every other day helped me pull answers that I was not prepared for due to muscle memory. I had loads of answers I was able to choose from to get through those 4 last questions with ease, yet not so refined. I was offered the next day and I accepted.

Hey Richard, just to let you know that I have secured a job in a call centre in the insurance industry. Although I have lots of experience within the call centre environment, I found your videos invaluable, especially the one about closing statements, which is something I always struggle with. Keep up the great work and have a good weekend!

I just came out of an interview, I have long experience in different areas no previous experience whatsoever as a call center. However, I did great😊. Key question asked where "What do you know about customer service/call center", "Give a real life example of resolving a customer problem" and of course they started by "Tell us about yourself and past experience". My advise to everyone is to ensure presenting "Excellent Communication Skills and Problem Solving Skills and Time Mgt" as they are the most important skills for such job, in the same order above. Give as many evidences that you posses these 3 skills and make them learn that as a person "interacting with/ and helping people" is your thing. It is for me and honestly it's all of my experience for the job 😅 lol. Good luck to everyone and Much thanks to Richard for always excellent useful content videos.
