Do you like ab workouts? How about quick cardio? If so, you are going to love this quick and effective 12-minute abs and cardio workout!

For this workout, you'll be doing a 30-15 interval for 3 total rounds. I've programmed for you to do your cardio exercises first each round and finishing with abs, including a plank at the end of each round to help you recover a bit more.

Below are the exercises we'll be doing for this workout in the 30-15 interval for 3-rounds:

1) Ground To Sky Jump
2) Ice Skaters
3) Sprinter Jacks
4) Mountain Climbers
5) Planks

You'll do 3-rounds in total making the workout just under 12-minutes!
