This one made me cry, it's week 10 of lockdown and I have really been resisting yoga and connecting with myself. There are times when I long for some advance yoga practice from Boho Beautiful. I admit that I do struggle sometimes when I do it the first time, but as I go through it, it becomes easier, and the feeling is just so wonderful. I love challenging my body at times in doing Yoga.

Hello. I started watching your videos back in 2017 when I was stressed out and my body was aching especially in the upper back area. I've been practicing yoga using your videos since then and I can't help but thank you for how much better I feel right now. Although I still experience some upper backache from time to time, I am living a less stressful life and my body feels more energized. Just did my yoga workout and decided to go to check some comments. People are positive and friendly here. See what yoga can do . Please spread love and positive all around you and be thankful. It took me about 18 years (included ~4 years of regular yoga practice) to realize that negative is something we should avoid. And again, be thankful and push away negativity from your life and heart 🌼 namaste 🙏🏻
