I’m 71 and when our aerobics classes stopped due to Covid in mid March, our instructor challenged us to work out at least 30 minutes a day. I have kept to the challenge for over 9 months with the help of your classes. Thank you!

First time to "stumble" on your video - and my 72-yr old wife (I am 66) and I really had a great doing your exercise together. We particularly like your senior-friendly sequence of stretches for warm-ups and gradually progressing to more active body-parts targetted movements. My wife and I had a good sweat after the exercise and we did not feel exhausted! Great systematic exercise! Thank you for sharing!

This is a very good workout for me, a 70 year old in pretty good health. I've been going to a Silver Sneakers class twice a week for about 6 years. Your workouts help when I can't go or need extras. The only problem I have is the mat exercises, which are not done in Silver Sneakers. When you do those I try to switch to the abdominal exercises and stretches we do seated. Thank you for these great videos!

I am 65 years old and this 30 minute workout is rigorous enough for me, it is also fun learning some dance-like views. I can't do much of the abdominal exercises as it hurts my neck. Exercising is hard to keep up and if it is fun - like dancing, which I love to do - it goes faster and I am more likely to do it. I really love Jenny's personality.

My husband and I find that we naturally do a couple of warrior stretches during the course of our day. We liked the sitting yoga until the edge of the chair leg position....tried not to laugh as we tried to do the pose without falling off! And we talk to you all the time we are working out!

I love all of your videos! I will be 72 and have been very active most of my life! I have also taught noon time aerobics in my younger days! I had a bit of a hiatus from exercising after chemo and radiation 2 years ago! Your videos inspire me in getting back to my active self!

Just returned to this one from a year ago! So glad I joined Jenny's fit Bunch because it has kept me so motivated with the different routines. I can report that despite.being diagnosed with COPD in 2019 having joined JFB the the above video is soo much easier now!

Love this video. I know it works because towards the end I’m getting pretty tired. I am 74 years old and I have to say I don’t look it but that’s the Italian heritage. And I exercise to try and keep in shape. Thank you for all your videos I love them🤗👏

HI JENNY. I LIVE IN LUTON ENGLAND 30 MILES NORTH OF LONDON. I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR VIDEOS FROM THE END OF MARCH WHEN OUR LOCKDOWN STARTED AND REALLY ENJOYED THEM. IT MADE ME KEEP EXERCISING DURING THESE LONG MONTHS SINCE LOCKDOWN COMMENCED. MY EXERCISE CLASS HAS RE STARTED WITH LOTS OF RESTRICTIONS ONCE A WEEK. BUT I STILL PLAN TO CONTINUE TO TO USE YOUR VIDEOS. IT WAS REALLY GOOD TO GET A NEW ROUTINE TODAY. THANK YOU FOR THAT. THE ABS SECTION WAS HARD!! BUT I WILL PERSEVERE.

Yea, you have new fans! My 79 year old mom lives with us. She has a back that always hurts and a weak core. We have done a few of your video’s during quarantine, and agree it will be a daily thing. Your form is perfect, you show the different levels, and your smile is awesome. Thanks you. :). PS mom and I walked around for the rest of the day pointing at each other, like you did with the video where you add abs at end!! LOL

I'm in my home office because my hubby is watching college football in the living room. Fired you up on the Apple computer. You are right - you do not need a lot of room for this routine. I added light hand weights to assist in toning my arms. Thanks as always - U R the best!

Jenny, you’re the best. I’m 65 and I have never worked out until recently, although I have worked pretty hard on ranch property. I’ve never danced either, and I just feel so uncoordinated. With the COVID shutdown, I was just sitting around getting fat and flabby. I went on Keto for a couple months and got rid of the 20 pounds I gained over the last 40 years. I also started doing XBX, which I like, but I wanted to accelerate the results. Your workouts are FUN, and I am finally feeling a burn in my abs, glutes and thighs! I can’t do all the moves because I’m too uncoordinated to do the shuffle with arms, or marching back from the slide and push. But every time I do one of your routines I feel a little stronger and more coordinated. I think my endorphins are starting to flow!

I prefer the videos that have music from my generation.

Hi from California! Jenny I loved this workout. I’m 72 and need to keep moving. Your routines are great and doable. Makes me feel like I accomplished something for myself. Couldn’t quite manage all the floor exercises but I’ll keep trying. Love your POSITIVE energy! Keep it coming.❤️

Jenny, Thank you so much for creating and posting your exercise videos on YouTube. I completed the exercise this morning and I thoroughly enjoyed the video. It gave me a fantastic workout. Jenny, you have absolutely no idea how much everyone appreciates you and your videos. My doctor just prescribed an hour of weight bearing exercises daily. This is due to a Dexascan test which stated there is osteopenia in the hips. I believe that I will reverse the diagnosis. Bless you Jenny as I look forward to your weekly videos.
