The best time to exercise for fat loss is the time of day that you're likely to exercise. For me, I exercise first thing in the morning. Also exercising first thing in the morning provides boosted endorphins throughout the day, which is good for mental health with then flows through to physical health, including healthy eating. A 'big picture' approach is important. 🙂

I have found that working our earlier in the day reduces the aches and pains experienced as a result of the exercise.

I think we need to get away from the terms morning and evening and specify amount of hours from wake up etc. my morning is 11:30. But that’s actually noon.

What about eating?? I heard that eating too late is not good and that fasting is good. Does it matter when you eat?
