I think you are doing a wonderful job helping seniors. I’m 63 but in good shape. Can u upload a more challenging video for those who have kept up with exercise and are healthy enough to do a more vigorous exercise

I have been wanting to focus on my arms. This is what I needed. Thanks, Mike.
I am also trying to pick the few, among the many, videos that will be best for me. Not an easy decision because all of your videos are just GREAT!
COVID restrictions are all lifted here in Newfoundland and Labrador today, except for businesses/people who choose to continue with any. None are required.

Thank you so much Mike. I’ve been recently diagnosed with osteoporosis plus, maybe, arthritis, not to mention bunions. I’ve also almost officially a senior at age 64. I’ve discovered you during my recent search for exercises appropriate for me. Normally I would not have followed you because I would think your exercises for seniors were way too easy for me, who, despite all the aches in my body, is still youthful, due to yoga practices I’ve been doing for years, plus walking multiple dogs each week. But due to the aches and the diagnoses, I’ve decided to slow down as I suspect whether all these aches might be because I’ve overextended myself. Anyway, though a bit too easy for me, your dedication to senior health care has won my applause and I’ve incorporated some of your exercises into my daily routine. Thank you again young man and I hope you continue to help us out.

Great exercise for the arms thank you. I will try and do these every day as I need strong arms so that I can use walking pole to stop me limping due to arthritic hip. I managed advanced exercise much to my surprise.

I really liked these. I especially liked the one where you lower yourself off the seat of the chair. I have a hard time with push ups because of arthritis in my thumb. This seemed like a nice alternative. Thanks, Mike.

Just viewed your targeted "Bat Wing Killer" exercises. I've done all the moves you demonstrated before which are present in so many of your exercise videos, but since this one is targeted to a specific area, it's valuable. I'm unable to do the dips: its' too stressful on my shoulders because of the angle required. However, my biceps and triceps are quite strong! Please remember to add this to your well designed collection for easy reference as I refer to it a lot.and am assuming others do as well. Loads of thanks and enjoy your travels!...Anastasia

New comment: I do Bat Wings & 5 minute arm 2-3 times each so I can really get a good workout & as I have good balance i stand for these and use weights for all. I’m in pretty good shape & have done all these for years.
