You two are THE BEST. I've been using your 15-minute kettlebell workout for beginners and this one every day since November 15. It's truly remarkable what a difference 20 minutes a day makes. I'm also finding myself talking like Coach Kozak with my family. For instance, while helping my son the other day with his homework, I told him to "keep moving . . . don't quit when it hurts, quit when you're done! You can do this . . . we've only got 5 more problems here!" It was at that moment that I realized that Coach Kozak and Claudia had not only helped me flatten my stomach (and, of course, strengthened my glutes!), they had also changed my mindset and attitude . . . .

Love your videos, especially how you show modified versions of moves for those that need them. This workout was great, I tried to copy Claudia and wow did I feel the burn. She looks like Wonder Woman doing those moves while I was a hot mess, but it was so worth it.
