Healthy eating, regular cardio, total body strength training; start now & commit to sticking to it indefinitely...It is less about "how long" it takes & more about starting it & sticking to it. You can do it!

To everyone commenting "if I do this x number of time per week, how long until I see results" or other things based off of that... You won't see the results you are hoping for if you do the same workout each time, your muscles will get used to it and get bored with the movements... I suggest mixing it up! And if you are just doing muscle training you should consider adding on some cardio to actually get rid of the leftover fat... its a balnace between cradio, muscle training and eating healthy that will give you good results :)

LOVE these programs. No driving, no enduring gym hip-hop or being subjected to TV screens with news channels (which I find more painful than the workouts, LOL). Life happens and I neglected myself for too long. Two weeks into a steady routine of 4 days a week and I am already tighter and my butt is already beginning to go back where it belongs, UP! Heading into 55 in early April toned and firm thanks to Fitness Blender. Can't post pics here, but plan to send "before "and "after" to Kelli and Daniel at six weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you for challenging, sustainable and effective programming. <3

Yep, that would be a great idea. It's not a bad idea to take 1, maybe 2 days off per week to let your muscles heal.

For best results do NOT do your abs everyday, rest is just as important, every other day is best, eating right and 7 and a half to 8 hours sleep a night is the way to go.
