I know these movements since I learn HathaYoga, sometimes I do these exercices, but from now on I will do this every day. Thank you to remember me how good is training regularly...

these moves are all part of my stretching before and after every HIIT session one of many by Oliver himsef, lol. Also, my yoga mat is always by my bed. So I stretch like this every day when I wake up followed by a big cup of natural water.
