Ive discovered how true this is! I force myself to do something every morning (sometimes it's super hard), but I never regret it when im done. My day is so much better with my 50 year old body ungummed!!

This is great. Thank you. I am more motivated to do this simple routine than to get down on the floor and have to do 15 minutes of exercises before I start my day.

And the other 70-80% is being loving and being loved. Choose to deepen and heal so you can have intimacy and our bodies will be at ease all of the time. No more guard up that we have to stretch or exercise out just to survive until we die. Be loved and be loving. And then body will respond. And stretch too cause that's a bonus important thing for sure!
