I'm so happy to upload for you my very first full body HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT!
This 15 min workout routine has great exercises to give you a full body tone and burn you about 200-300 calories. And you don't need any equipment for it. Just prep yourself some water and a towel- because it's about to get sweaty! 😏🔥
This video is full length as always, which means you can just follow along with me. And if you need an extra break- just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath.
For better result, do this workout 2-3 times a week. and if you wanna keep active on other days - make sure to check out my other workouts!
