Hey friends, welcome back!

I'm so happy to upload for you my very first full body HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT!

This 15 min workout routine has great exercises to give you a full body tone and burn you about 200-300 calories. And you don't need any equipment for it. Just prep yourself some water and a towel- because it's about to get sweaty! 😏🔥

This video is full length as always, which means you can just follow along with me. And if you need an extra break- just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath.

For better result, do this workout 2-3 times a week. and if you wanna keep active on other days - make sure to check out my other workouts!

Here are the exercises and counts she did.

• High knees - 40 secs
• Squat Jacks - 22
• Standing knee tucks (L) - 43
• Standing knee tucks (R)
• Lateral Hop - 40 secs
• Jumping jacks to Plank jacks - 6
-- 30 secs rest --
• High knees - 40 secs
• Jump squats - 32
• Lunge Hop (R) - 23
• Lunch Hop (L) - 22
• Switch kicks - 40 secs
• Half Burpees - 14
-- 30 secs rest --
• Bicycle crunches - 53
• Mountain Climbers - 40 secs
• Bear plank shoulder taps - 32
• In & Outs - 24
• Skater - 25
• Plank - 40 secs

I wrote this so I don't need to pause the video everytime I need a small break and just continue with the counts. Although it's all up to you how you'll do it 😊

honestly, this is the best 15 min hiit video I've found on yt. I tried Pamela Reif, Chloe Ting and Lilly Sabri, but this workout is so exhausting - it's the best. thank you for that :)) <33

I'm 60kg and 1, 60m: I've been doing this workout for like a week now, i different times in the day, with different levels of stamina, and usually I burn 95-110 kcal. Great workout, I really love it, and I'll keep doing for sure!

One of the best hiit workouts! I’m pretty small, 5’3 and weight 51 kg and I burnt 137 calories, if you weight more than me you will burn more! highly recommend!

This is brilliant! Love HIIT workout so much, cause they are quick, fun, high in calories burnt and leave you some time to focus on other areas of your body afterwards! KEEP IT UP. I would love to see more of this 15/20 HIIT pls

OMG I DID IT. although sometimes I didn't do it perfectly, like had a little pause to catch a breath. I'm still proud of me that I did all these. Gonna do it better next time. I combined this with Pamela Reif's 15 minutes HIIT.

weight : 48kg maybe less, height : 162cm. I burned 85 calories but its a good workout.
