I had such a trashy day at work today. And OMG! I am so thankful for this video - so meant for me! Thank you so much. I must learn to detach from my work so that I can find a peaceful & calm mind once I leave my office. 🙏🏼

LP Nick, I’m thankful for your video. I realize now that i set my mind to suffering, feeling sad because my hard-work wasn’t recognized. I’m working myself out of this trap, sathu.

Thought provoking question: "What is your intention?" If we don't ask this question often, we can truly get lost and create unnecessary suffering.

Oh my... Timing couldn't be more perfect!! 😲😍
This is the exact thought process I have been having for the past weeks. This video is supporting this process and at the same time making me realize that I have thought through it properly, so I can now welcome everything.

Thank you. Helps a lot again. Always pressure inside to be productive. Often because of existential fear. My mum passed two months ago, she was 65. She had a few strokes because of injuries. She was attacked with a baseball bat during a walk through the forest. A friend of mine became invalid too with 46. I got a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. No big deal but it has a name now. Very much currently. At the time I really have to reflect myself what is important for me and I feel more and more how important it is to handle feelings, to let them come and not to push away, to learn about it and integrate. Blessings to you❤️

Thank you for your wise advice. I work on a suicide hotline. It's been difficult to not get attached to the outcome because sometimes I can literally be talking someone off the ledge. But I have to remember i can only do so much. It's up to the caller to decide whether to listen or not.

Oh venerable nick, thank you so much, I am incredibly attached to my work and it consumes my life, and it’s not good, it causes me incredible anxiety, and there is very little reward and nearly constant stress. The better I perform, the more work is given to me, it never ends. Thank you for this.

Thank you Ven Nick, a timely reminder, our minds so easily identify with their own activities and outcomes. 🙏

Thx Venerable Nick..I'm currently practicing mindfulness more at home these days, (work is a goal)..taking the time necessary to complete a task/chore, and enjoy the moment. I tend to feel in a rush normally..its liberating! Thank you!
