The media aspect is soo true. Media has painted certain things and people in a way, where we crave for them.

The principle of neutrality also means that we are already whole and complete just by being who we truly are, Gods experiencing a human life ("I and my Father are ONE, but my Father is greater than I"). Both us and the things we desire are One, there's no separation and it's all coming from God (love), who never judges something bigger or more important than the other. So it's all equal. But in my view, we don't need to actually "work" on self-concept, meaning efforting to fix ourselves because we're already whole and complete and an inner conviction and knowing of this FACT should be enough and this shouldn't involve effort and struggles.
