I’ve been grieving the sudden death of my husband months ago . I laid in my bed for months . My doctor told me to get up and move . I found this channel and did 7 minutes crying the whole time but it’s a start . Thank you so much for doing this .

Oh my God!!! it felt like I did one hour HIIT, I never knew a walking workout would make me sweat this much. Anybody else noticed he had this look on his face " hey I see you don't stop now keep going" lol. Thank you Brian.

I could burn 245 calorie but I thoroughly enjoyed it with my 10 year old. We had so much fun doing it together. You popped on my you tube and decided to try it out. I've tried 2 of your workouts and I am enjoying them. All standing up, not much space needed! I like the timer and shows what's the next step. Nice music too. I like the simple set up and easy to follow steps. An addition to my workout choices.

I was rolling my eyes reading the comments when people kept talking about now stand corrected!! Where did all this sweat come from??? And 30 mins is the perfect time frame. I have sweated MORE doing this 30 mins, than a 45 min one I tried last week from another trainer. Thank you sooo much.

I’m so happy I found this channel! I workout in my living room 5 days a week since I have kids at home and can’t go to the gym. I have some amazing channels that I follow for workouts but I desperately needed something different, and I’m always searching for cardio that won’t hurt my knees. Day 1 Done, sweating a lot..Easy steps for people like me who has back pain, sciatica etc...did not know will sweat that bad..Loved it..I can't jump or run..can't even get on the floor to do exercises due to back pain caused by epidural during childbirth...

thank u for this video, i did 3159 steps on my smart watch, my heart beat is highest toward the end at 140bpm for a short while. it made me did 2.16km within my bedroom

I had to pause at 14 minutes as I was sweating and panting. I finished off the rest after a couple of hours. Thanks Brian for this great home workout. I need practice to do it in one go, so will try doing every day.

OMG!!! I never thought that moves that look so simple could be so difficult and sweaty!! I’m use to doing body combat videos which are intense and this was just as intense if not more but better on your joints by far, I loved it!!!!
