15 MIN Full Body Pilates | DAY 1 of 7 Day- Workout Challenge | No Equipment

Hi Friends,

I hope everyone is doing well! I am currently on the couch feeling under the weather but that doesn't mean we can't start our 7 day Pilates Challenge! If you are a busy bee or if you feel you haven't been as consistent with your workouts and want to start moving your body again then this challenge is for you!

I am so excited for you to join me, you will only need 15 minutes a day for the upcoming 7 Day Challenge! For anyone who is new to the channel, welcome! We will be focusing on all body parts, lengthening and toning all those muscles.

You do one of those thing where it looks so graceful and soft. And when I actually get to it, my muscles were like "wait a *burn* Love this so much! Catching up on two workouts in one day, onto the leg one!

Hi! If you're starting pilates, keep in mind that the first work out is ALWAYS the worst if you struggle in the beggining that's just normal and don't be extreme just be consistent <3!

I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, I do cardio and weight lift, but I've always been curious to try out pilates, but I've never really started because I thought I would get bored of the slow movements. I just tried this out and I'm in loooove. so calming and relaxing, I really felt my whole body working and it was too good

I will start my Pilates journey today (02/03) and I thought it would be easy but ofc not I died a lil heart attack while doing this but thank you so much. I really feel like I did something for my body <3

Me thinking it will be easy because is “short” pilates… ended up with sweaty body like i was running for an hour. Love this exercise as a beginner in pilates❤️❤️❤️

This was my first workout 1 year after having my daughter so it’s been a long time. And before that I never worked out for more than a few minutes. This was so great! I was burning so bad and then you would give us a stretch to relax in and I will be following along from now on

ive been working out for years and this is my first time doing pilates, i tought pilates will be easier than reguler workout, but now my muscles are burning, and im out of breath, thank you sm, brb tomorrow!!!

Lo acabo de terminar y felizmente, puedo decir que aunque es mi primera vez haciendo esto, lo logré completar por completo y sin descansos.

:') Habían veces que si me cansaba un montón, pero la motivación que tengo me gana.

Trust me... Im dreaded in sweat and pain. This workout is really killing. This is my first day. Im doing this challenge for a month and let's see the changes.
