Join me for a New Year 30 minute full body Standing Pilates workout. This session will burn fat, give you a full body stretch and get you moving and feeling great. It is a 30 minute workout to kickstart the year to get you back to feeling great with a boost to your metabolism. This is Part One of a New Year fitness session. Part two will be a pilates core workout focusing on all the core and abdominal muscles to tackle the tummy and waistline post Christmas! Link here to go to that one:

Dear Rachel. I just love your classes. After one hernia operation and a ski accident I was in pain most of the time. I have been doing your pilates for a year now and am out of pain. I appreciate that you have no background noice/ music and that you give space for being just a human being - not perfection but a work in progress. Thank you so much from a grateful heart.

Day 2 of 1/2024 challenge, As I'm healing, the bend over to the left was a little challenge feeling tingleing on the bending to left, but this felt GREAT!!! THANK YOU SWEETHEART, AHHHH! PS, I was able to do a the backward knee lift holding with my hand with help from my bed and chair

Oh Rachel, I've been on my sofa or in front of a plate full of food since before Xmas without any workouts and I was dreading having to move my body you for this absolutely PERFECT post-holiday workout which is a gentle yet meaningfully physically engaging way to get the body back into movement! I feel wonderful after doing this first workout in over 2 weeks, thank you thank you thank you! And Happy New Year very best wishes for the new year!

Aww Rachel! I am so disappointed! We had a snow storm today (8 inches, and temps around -7 c.). I had power outages and no internet or phone all day. (Yesterday was spring-like weather. Who knew snow would stick so fast with a warm ground?) Shoveling snow off steps and sidewalks was not what I had planned for my exercise today. I am so sad to have missed the live, and I have been super grumpy. You know how much I love these live sessions for us across the pond. Once I warm up, I will look forward to doing this video. Hope your New Year had a better start than mine!
