I'm 65 years old and it took me 3 times to win the challenge and felt good went I met the goal..Thank you for the workout..😁😊

Thanks for the workout! I don't like running, but walking is the best thing.If anyone is interested, I took 10, 373 steps during this workout, an average pulse of 140 (my aerobic zone), burned 573 kcal. I am 36 years old, weight 60 kg.

How come this 7, 000 steps is 1 hour 20 mins and another 7, 000 steps is 1 hour 8 mins? What am I missing here?

How come 1 hr and 8 mins is 7, 076 steps and 1 hour and 21 mins is less

I weight 162 pounds and I need to lose 20 pounds.That somebody lost ponds on this?

Do you ever plan on making a non-music version of this 7000 steps, without the songs but still with the instruction voice (ex: "next exercise is side steps" etcetera). I love these workouts but we'd like to use our own music to it! Thanks for your videos!
