It’s a rainy day so this workout was perfect 😊. After this one I did from Roberta’s Gym 8 exercises to loose stomach fat. Thank you for both workouts🌺

Really enjoyed this, got my heart rate to cardio for 58% of the workout. Would have like a few additional walk only to break it up. The music does not bother me as some others. Thank you, will continue to use your great user friendly workouts!

thank you for posting and making this, to be honest it's a bit to much of the same for me, but the fact that my fitbit tels me I did 7000 steps was very nice
