7 Minute Post-Run Stretch routine to help boost recovery right after your run. This full-body cool-down stretch is a no equipment needed stretching routine. If you have the time, repeat this routine a second time to get maximum benefit.

Each stretch is held for 30 seconds; remember to take it easy and breathe deeply and slowly through your nose.

I’ve just done this cool down after I’ve came back from my run! I graduated couch to 5k last week and this morning was my first 30min consolidation run…up a hill, in the rain!

Love this new style. Relaxing and to the point . Music and sound of bell to change exercise perfect. I enjoy these short version but I do miss your nice around 40 minutes yoga sequences. Would love to have you do different level yoga again may be with a twist of this new visual. Thanks for your great work.
