Just turned 50. And feeling so old and so frumpy. Menopausal. My clothes don’t feel right. Nothing fits like it did. Then I saw you and thought he’ll help me! So I started today with a smaller workout and cool-down. I did it all and I feel really proud of myself. Thank you so much for motivating me. This is by far the best cool down and stretch routine that I have ever done. Nice and relaxed and, most importantly, not rushed. Loved how you explained and demonstrated how each stretch should be done. Loved how you included the neck too! Not many do! Love it and will always use this one after all of my workouts.
