30 Min FULL BODY STABILITY BALL WORKOUT at Home

Dust off your stability ball and let’s get an awesome workout on hitting the hamstrings, glutes, core, abs and upper body!

The stability ball will make every single movement very unstable so you will be using more stabilising muscle than other exercises. Try to keep steady, breath and keep core tight when needed.

The exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, 20 seconds rest before moving onto next exercise. Once we complete one round, we repeat!

AB BALL PASS
LEG LOWER
CRUNCH
PLANK TO PIKE
PLANK TO TUCK
PUSH UP
ALTERNATING LEG RAISE
PLANK HOLD
PLANK SAW
PLANK CIRCLES (change direction 1/2 way)

Please ensure to make this stability ball workout work for you! Simply drop to knees when needed for a moment or bent at knee when doing leg lowers.

I recently bought a stability ball because i thought the workouts wouldnt be as hard... I can barely finish any workout lol..its super hard because it engages so many small stability muscles in the body that were dormant most of my life. I love it but its super hard in the beginning..i dont even dare to do this one yet...omg

I loved it, but it's honestly one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done. Weight training is easy peasy compared to this, so I probably need to do this more often!

I try to do this routine at least 2 times a week - it was one of the things that literally saved my lower back from all the new aches and pains that appeared because of quarantine and being at home so much. I've never seen a stability ball workout like it! Thank you!

I've done all the Epic series and this was a struggle! It takes way more muscles working together to keep the ball from shaking. Nice to workout differently from just weights or body weight alone. More stability ball full body workouts please!

Stick with it! I just completed it complete for the first time ever. Took about 12 tries. I could do about 3 sets of 8 for v-ups before i started to try this. So it might take a bit for people starting from scratch. Starting to see that 6 pack definition now because of this! Thanks! Do not give up everyone!

omg, this was so much harder than i thought, my abs are on fire! this workout made me realize i have so much to improve... the pike and leg raises are still impossible for me, but i'm not giving up! i'm definitely going to incorporate this workout on my routine. thank you!

Plank circles was the most difficult move. I was able to keep up but i need to keep on doing the workout to better my form. Thanks for the cool video
