I had to take a very long break from my typical workouts with free weights/HIIT style stuff because of severe back and hip problems, followed by COVID, followed by moving my family overseas and getting sick again. I wanted to get into Pilates to work on my body’s alignment and core strength again but in a more specific way that I feel Pilates can do. This was my first workout back and I loved it. Thank you so much! I needed this for my mental health and to feel my love for moving my body again!❤ I’m a fan!
