I uses these banded. It's gives massive tension at the top as you start to find it a bit easier.

Matt if you could pick the best exercise out of the five specifically for lower back strength what would you choose? If you could only choose 1 out of the 5 exercises and do only that 1 exercise for the rest of your life for lower back specifically, which would it be?:

1.Regular/conventional deadlift
