I never do this stretching this immensely help my neck, shoulders and even middle back pain and I got some cracks out thank you thank you I also did this sitting down on my bed

I think it makes the lordosis in the lumbar region of spine bigger, so it may develop lumbar lordosis.

It will make it worse… the biggest mistake they make is to focus on one part of the body, while upper and lower are connected.

I use a fair amount of speed to make me more active and move more. The only issue is that i am now addicted and i had to join a gang in my local community to feed my habbit. Kast night john.(my boss) told me it was time to become a full fledged member so i had to rob our enemies boss ( kamula harrison) with a knife.
