Joe- I used to be a gym rat in my 20s-30's, then I just got lazy and stopped. Now in my early 50's, it is so much harder to stay motivated with pain, weakness, etc. I love how simple you make everything and you've reignited my desire to train again.

I prefer a machine supported row over seal rows, mainly because I find myself hitting the bench a new way every rep with the dumbbells.

Best dumbell exercises: you scored them all… I Bulgarian split squat with dumbells, not walking lunges. But I want to try with barbell! Right now it works really well for me.

walking lunges are perfect for guys like me over 6’7, way less stress on lower back and focussing on control in the legs it’s an absolute no brainer for leg day
