I just want to thank you Meredith for the wonderful exercises. I was in an accident many years ago and have used a cane. I have been exercising to your videos religiously. I no longer use a cane and feel stronger. I have muscle tone back and feel renewed. Thank you again so much for these exercises that I was able to do.

Turned 70 a month ago and I don't recognize my arms! Crinkly, saggy, sad. Love this workout. First time. Anticipate I'll feel it tomorrow! And that's wonderful. Love your workouts. Intense, quick, clear. Thanks for these. I've bookmarked several and look forward to getting in better shape.

I started with the One and Done for the exercises
I shopped the Metaboost plan and loved what I saw, so I purchased it. I am over 50 with health issues. I have RA, so this plan has the foods I needed to eat for inflammation. I started with day 1 and finished the 11 days total as closely as possible. The last 5 days I was on vacation with my husband and friends and learned to order the meta influencers off the menu. I have been on the Metaboost eating clean plan for 3 weeks. I have lost 12 lbs. I feel so clean. After the first day I did not crave my soda, chocolate, sugar of any kind or breads. These were my daily must haves. I love the One and Done exercises, the isometric exercises of Metaboost really work! My body looks different. I wish I had taken a pic and measured, but I have always been one to measure myself by how my clothes fit. I also am a member of the ATClub. I love the support you get from others all around the world. Women are the same everywhere and Meredith has helped us all. Thank you Mere! This is not a diet. This is my new way of life!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I can see and feel the difference and it's only been a week...I'm 70. My favorite is your Tabata workout! I've added a few from some of your other videos and I feel energized and accomplished when I do this workout. THANK YOU.

This is awesome! plus the healthy food options from the metaboost program are easy to prepare and are delicious. I m 52 yrs and have gone from 93kg to 87kg in 3 weeks. Thank you Mere for making loosing weight enjoyable and not gruelling and painful. I have finally found a program that is working for me
