7 MIN ARMS WORKOUT To Tone Your Arms IN 2 WEEKS! | Beginner Friendly Standing Workout / No Equipment

As you requested, here is an ARMS workout to TONE YOUR ARMS ♡ This is a 2 WEEKS challenge for you to see results if you are consistent by doing it 3-5 times per week. This workout is BEGINNER FRIENDLY, standing for 7 min without breaks to really feel the burn and work on your arms' endurance.

This arm workout is no equipment, but you can increase the intensity of it by adding 2 lbs dumbbells or wrist weights!!! You can start with these and if you can't hold your arms up anymore, simply drop the weights and keep going without them.

If your goal is to tone your arms and lose arm fat, it is important to complement this workout with some of my Upper Body workouts and HIIT Cardio Workouts! Ideally, you want to be working out for 30 -45 minutes, 3-5 times a week! Here are some of the workouts that you can combine with this one for arm toning:

I just finished my second full week of doing this arm exercise once a day and can vouch for its effectiveness! I didn’t measure my arms as I personally prefer to see & feel results rather than measure them, and I certainly see & feel a significant toning of both arms after doing this once a day in the evening for 14 days. Thanks for making this! It’s incredibly quick and accessible with just the right amount of challenge and strength building.

If you're indecisive about doing this, read this comment, Go for it, I have PCOS, which makes it a lot difficult to lose fat from my Upper Body, but still I lost around 2 cms from Arms and they are a lot more toned now. Give this one a try, it's worth it.

I have been doing these for about 2 weeks now started once a day over 5 days then twice a day since. I must say, I have noticed a huge difference with respect to muscle in my biceps, back and traps. This workout has been incredible for strengthening that area!! I note besides these exercises I have not made any change to my diet which although isn’t poor, I wouldn’t say it’s fantastic either. It has also slightly toned my triceps but not as much, I still have stubborn fat there. Overall for only doing this exercise, I am absolutely blown away at the difference. I have found that this is a great exercise for someone like me who works in an office all day as well, I find myself less achey in the neck/shoulder area at the end of the day because I’ve now built those muscles up. Seriously recommend this!

I started this workout with the intention to get firmer arms. The results are not visual yet but since I do it I never have back pain anymore. From working on the computer I always had a lot of tension in my shoulder blades and arms. They are gone now, so thank you very much!!! I can highly recommend it😍

After: 25cm

(sorry for my bad English)

Week 1: I only did this workout for 5 days. It was really hard because I haven't trained for months. The first two days I stopped on some exercises because my arms burned too much. The other 3 days I completed all the exercises even though it was difficult.

Week 2: I did it for 6 days. The arms burned but less than in the first week. I decided to do this workout twice a day (for example once in the morning and once in the afternoon).

Week 3: I did it for 6 days. I added other exercises because I didn't feel my arms burn.

Conclusion: The first day I couldn't complete all the exercises. On the last day I tried to do these exercises several times. I have completed the exercises 3 consecutive times but I could have continued (I think 2 more times).

I loved these exercises because I hadn't trained in too many months and I needed basic exercises to get started.
So, I recommend this workout to get started and in my opinion it only takes 2 weeks (as indicated ahaha).

Now I would like to do more intense exercises. Which video can I follow? (without weights)

I just did this workout for the first time, and it was definitely hard, my entire upper arms and shoulders were burning the entire time, but it felt really good at the same time! I had to like dance around to get through some of them lol, but I managed to do all of them without stopping! I plan to continue doing these everyday for the foreseeable future. I will try to update with results if I remember. I am 33 almost 34 years old, 5'3.5", 112 lbs, so I'm slim but I definitely need to tone up. I just had my 3rd child 6 months ago and my body has slowly become flabby over the years since I was pregnant with my first child, I've especially been self-conscious about my arms, they look like an old woman's arms on the inside and I won't accept it anymore! I want summer arms!!! XD Thanks so much for this workout! :)

I store all my fat in my arms. I've been looking for beginner exercises I can keep up with and not be discouraged by how difficult it is. I've just completed this 7 min today and wow! Could not get through every exercise. Had to stop several times. But I know I could do it. I'm challenging myself for the next month. So glad I found it. I would love to be able to wear sleeveless blouses in the summer.

My 1st workout with you. I have started other 7 minute workouts for my bell fat, thighs and for my waist too. Now I started for my arms with you. I can tell you I am sweating up a strong you don't stop. But I loved it and waiting for those results. I will see you tomorrow and plan the next 2 weeks. Getting fit for our 50th wedding Anniversary on Sept 8. I was put on some medication and it me gain about 9 lbs but I already was 15 lbs over what I would like to be. My size has gone up. So hope to get tone and beautiful for the big day. Thank you so much.

Today is my first day. I have my daughter’s wedding in 20 days and the dress I’ve chosen needs some more toned arms! I am excited to see what happens, after reading all the comments. I started tonight and my arms were burning when we got to the second arm workout. I will be definitely sticking with this to see if I see any change but I know I will because I was burning 🔥 all throughout the 7 mins workout!
