I have done this challenge and its really awesome workout and I have lost excessive fat its really beneficial for those who are having less time like me its not hard even beginner's can do this workout 🙃. Good luck

So I have started to do it **finally** (idk I will do it continuously or not)
*DAY 1*:- Felt impossible but did it (I skipped few steps like I did 8 out of 10 lol...I forgive myself since its day 1)
*DAY 2*:- Did everything but was exhausted lol (walk downs are killing me)
*DAY 3* :- Less exhausted (walk downs are still painful)
*DAY 4* :- Everything was perfectly fine until walkdowns
*DAY 5* :- Check
*DAY 6* :- Had no time but did it 3 hours after dinner lol cuz I didn't want to let go after coming so far
*DAY 7*:- Doneeee

Results:- I actually am shook, , I seriously lost 3.5 kgs...I didn't follow anything other than this exercise not even diet.

Day 1-Completed ! (I'm sweating like anything, and my body is shaking 😂)
Day 2-Completed!(today it's was a bit easy than yesterday but pained alot )
Day 3-Completed!(I was very tried but still I did it, feeling better)
Day 4- Completed ! (Oh god, Today it was a bit easy but my whole body was paining still I continued.And after completing my workout feeling more strong now)
Day 5-Completed !( Feeling very very tried, sweating and sweating)
Day 6-Completed !(I I'm feeling much lighter than before let's see Tom is my Last day of challenge )
Day 7-Completed !( Feeling better and sweating very badly)
So here I have completed my 7days challenge I can't see any change in myself but feeling a bit lighter than before and friends it's not possible u loose in a week but this workout is a good start to reach ur goals . Hope my comment will help you thank you

Yah it works ☺☺☺ I want to lose total body fat but it takes 25 days and now I have from 65 to 50 kg weight 😇 I skip first two exercises it still works and I am looking gorgeous 😍 which I can't believe
