Here is something for you guys to lose fat daily and see results in one week. This is a 7-day workout challenge that ensures full-body weight loss results by exercising your entire body everyday without any equipment or gym needed!

Perform exercise routines that will burn your body fat by working your body from top to bottom. These routines are guaranteed to not only burn body fat but also strengthen the muscles that you regularly use in your body.

Commit to this workout for 7 days and see what results come of it. Of course it's best to remember that weight loss results depend on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. So do this everyday for 30 mins and let's finish the challenge together.

So the lowest I weighed was 114 in wrestling. I gained weight after the season and I feel like the worst person for that because I let myself down. I now weigh 129 lb. I want to reach 120 lb for my ideal weight. I want to weigh 124-25 after doing this for a week. I’m going to do this workout every morning and put my results here please support me you guys I would really appreciate it.

From today iam starting this for upcoming 22 days continuosly without any break

NOTE : during this no sugar, no junk food, no oil, no butter, no ghee, no tea or coffee, just alot of water as i can, and lemon water in morning and after dinner in one day 2 times lemon water, heavy breakfast, after every meal 30 mins walk but not instantly just wait for 30 mins and then walk, and one main thing during this i can eat high amount of food but you have to note that do not eat fast eat slowly as you can, and not drink water after your meal or during your meal just only wait for 40 to 60 minutes wait then you can drink and get enough sleep of 7 to 8 hrs do not use mobile more than 2 hours a day
