I love the use of the pillow! Definitely need to add in more back extensions and twisting so the suggestion of a timer is such a good idea!!

These are really useful tips for ergonomic posture for workers and students, not only to work at home but also to MAINTAIN good habits after the quarantine is over. Great video mobility queen!

❤️ love these tips and the decor and colors 😬. So easy and simple to use a pillow or a few .Great reminder to not stand all the time.
I get up every 30 - 40 mins and stretch, go up and down the stairs.

I've been working from home for three weeks now, and I've figured out a great floor-sitting set up. I love having the freedom of moving around constantly. My work has actually asked us NOT to do video meetings, but just audio (to save bandwidth), so meetings suddenly become a great opportunity to do some stretching and mobility. I love how you use the pillows, though....I'm definitely going to add that in to what I'm already doing!

Since we are working from home during the quarantine, I've really been missing my sit/stand desk. I LOVE the hip stretch in the couch. I know my husband is going to ask me what the heck I'm doing but I'm going to do it. Thanks fo the info

YAAAAS! 🙌 "The best posture is the next posture" I loved listening in on this educational tidbit. And I love the prone posture/stretch! Will definitely need to try that one.

Thank you! I plan to show my husband since he is the one who is working from home while I am with the kids. Great tips for when I knit! Since I started your challenge, I’ve been trying to be more mindful how I sit when I am knitting or watching tv. :)

Thank you for the emphasis on changing our position frequently, and all of your creative ideas for different positions. It's so easy to stay in one stagnant position for a long time when having to stay home.

All my work has been moved home - definitely need to start incorporating some of these tips! I sit on a pillow on the floor a lot - I added some of your suggestions and could feel the difference at the end of the day 🙏

Super woman is right! Swooping in with the tips we are all in need of right now. Thanks for inspiring us to keep moving- even when we aren't doing exercise, but working on a computer. Great creative ideas to take advantage of working from home like laying stomach down on the couch! Thanks Jen for the very relevant education :)

Thanks Jen! This is a great reminder to use what we have around us and be creative! My favorite is getting outside!! If I could work outside all the time I would!

Loved it! Thanks for pointing out there isn't one perfect position. Yes, mix it up every 30 minutes (sitting in a chair, sitting on the floor, or lying down). Great tips that I applied immediately!

I never thought about getting down on the floor and sitting while working on the computer. I had just started using a desk riser to stand at work the week before they sent us home to work. I didn't get to bring it home but now I am using my kitchen bar to to place my monitor on so I can stand at times. Guess I'll move my monitor to a lower table so I can try sitting on the floor. Thank you Jen for doing this!!

It's the first video in this challenge I didn't watch on the day it was posted, as I had a pretty low day yesterday. But this helps me a lot for my makeshift home office table!

Definitely needed this! I’m not used to being on a computer all day and unfortunately due to our current situation with this health crisis I’m working from home but bears having no job

Love this!!!
I use a million different props when I work from home and I try to move around as much as I can. I’m at the table with pillows, laptop on a bin to prop it up; I have a separate keyboard and mouse, I’m rolling on the floor with my tune up balls, I use my husband’s tall dresser as a stand up desk (I can roll my feet/do calf raises or stand on a foam roller to get just a little bit higher).
Thanks for all the great tips I really appreciate it:)
