1 Hour LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT at Home | Bodyweight Only

This is a follow along 1 hour low impact full body workout at home using only our bodyweight with no equipment and no jumping.

Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body, upper body, abs and core throughout! Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection.

No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface, a wall to perform 1 set of wall sit and a small solid block ie. large book, yoga block or small box (optional).

The block is not necessary. However, it is increase work on quads for heel elevated squats, provide bigger range for pushups and deeper range in lunges.

Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Approximately every 10th exercise we will perform 5 x ab exercises on the mat to really work the abdominals throughout this hour!

Please remember to make this your own bodyweight workout... take a break as and when you need to. Simply change the exercise to whatever suits you such as leg lower perform with bent knees or alternating leg and push ups on knees!

I have just finished it, I'm drowning in sweat 😰, as its a really hot day here too
So loved this one today, my whole body is feeling it
Those walls sits my legs and glutes where burning but I kept the hold right to the end
I even improved on my push ups today so chuffed with myself as I could do most of them in proper form and not on knees to the end of each round 💪
This, was awesome workout today so enjoyed it

Well done to everyone!! What a super full body session! Hopefully you use this technique of incorporating the block/step to practise depth of push ups occasionally in your training! More fun next Friday with a new 1 hour full body!

This was SO GOOD! I really enjoy your long, low impact workouts.
Also what it makes it more fun is to see that you haven't cut out on imperfections in the videos, e.g. like the balance on the 1 knee bent squats, we can see you are REAL and authentic, like one of us, and we love you even more!

Friday Full Body Completed. Plank held althoughthere are a lot of ABS so your little core is tested 🔥🔥🔥. Loved the balance sets and I am really suprised that my balance was quite good 😉 The middle section is testing 💪💪💪especailly as yesterday I completed that amazing arm workout so they were a little fatigued 😩 but all completed and love working chest uneven as you really feel the stretch. 401 cals 🔥

Hi Caroline. Just done this...brilliant as always. There really was something of everything in here...plenty of press-ups, squats and lunges but also some good balancing moves. I think these are so important for working smaller muscles which we sometimes neglect but are so important for stabilising joints. I loved the repeated abs sequences...they made the time go past really quickly...but also made the 2 minute plank harder this time I found!! Glad this was low impact as it is really hot here...predicted to be 35 or 36 this afternoon. Another brilliant workout from you, Caroline. Hope you have a lovely weekend. Matthew

If I can't walk tomorrow I know who to blame! Fine on the core - but the legs, yow! (BTW I once took on some of the postdocs and graduate students at Oxford Uni to see who could plank longest - not an official thing, during a drinking session. I lasted 15 minutes and was only beaten by a Russian male student a couple of decades younger than me! I was 46 years old at the time, now 48 and still going strong). Thanks Caroline your workouts are a real challenge though and I love them :)

OMG! After 2 weeks on the road what a workout. After the "halfway through" mark I thought I can't finish it but again I did it and afterwards it feels so good!
