this is exactly what I need. I know I will return again and again.
First Trimester of pregnancy has me totally fatigued, swollen AF, and nauseous sometimes... but i promised myself i would do 30 minutes a day of exercise that feels doable.. Consequently "Mr & Mrs Muscle Low Impact" is in my daily YT search. THANK YOU for having such an array of workouts for us to select from. I still contend ya'll are the BEST Fitness YT channel out there.

Thank you for making low impact videos!!!! I want to get back in shape, but I'm not able to do the high impact videos anymore. The problem with my back has gotten worse, so I'm grateful for low impact videos!

Helo, I'm Brazilian, I don't speak English but I love this workout, it makes me sound a lot, I like it because it burns a lot of calories and it doesn't have a lot of impact. I have a back problem. thank you very much and wonderful !!!
