Just did it! Wow I havent worked out in over a month and it was tough but doable if you push through! Sooo easy with no equipment but a mat! Thanks Niomi!

finished your 20 minute whole body workout right before you uploaded this. 😄 it was actually the 2nd time this week. i really enjoy it, just perfect when you don’t have much time but want to get your body moving and heart rate up❤️

Just done this workout today niomi and can I just say it works I had to change how to do some of the exercises as of my disability but still did the whole 15 minute great video keep these videos coming.

My abs are absolutely burning but absolutely loved this workout can’t wait for more ab workouts would also love to see some stretching and upper body ones as well for at home

I'd love a cardio or back workout! Maybe something for beginners who are eager to go into more of a fitness lifestyle but can't do as much as you can?

I loooved it!! I usually do some of this excercise but in a cardio mode. And now to do this excercise slower is so much hard!

Did it again this morning. It's like having a personal trainer. 🤗 I love these quick trainings.
Suggestions: exercises for deep muscles like the piriformis (we all hate doing those!) and stretching. 🙏
