This was another great quick but intense series. Loved the active recovery in between each set and the extended mountain climbers at the end. Very nice Sophie. Thank you for sharing your workout.

I LOVED this one! So intense! Hoping you will film a Pilates session with ankle weights and do more weight sessions. I love the high intensity but I am also following cycle syncing lately and working out around hormone cycles so some LIIT or LISS (other than walking with my kids and dogs lol) options would be so cool ❤️
