If you do all of these exercises you will see improvement. I did it 13 years ago, once a week for months and it made a huge difference with a physical therapist

I’ve actually never came across a video for neck hump where I actually feel the change in the neck hump. I just started today but I am thankful and will start doing this everyday to see a change. Pregnancy can really bring your head forward so I’m trying to correct that.
