i’ve been doing this for a couple days along with some other exercises (YWTL and just regular upper back stretching) and i’ve already noticed a huge difference.
when we position our heads like this, our body overcompensates by depositing fat over the vertebrae that are holding the most strain, and this little fat-pad is almost completely gone. the position of my vertebrae are still out of wack, hump is still most definitely there, because bones don’t just move in a day, but i’ve noticed a huge difference. i highly suggest this to anyone :)
