day 1 completed: ribs a bit hurt during exercises but very pleasant pain/relief for neck

Let's try this for 10 days...

Day 1 Completed: ✅ Was a little painful around my neck at times, but overall it felt very good!
Day 2 Completed: ☑ Still a little painful during those parts where I have to lift my arms above the head, but overall was easier than yesterday!
Day 3 Completed: ✅ Occasional pain persists but so do I... =)
Day 4 Completed: ☑ The overall task is becoming easier to do and with very little pain now. As for improvement in the hump, I can't see much of a difference as yet.
Day 5 Completed: ✅ Hardly any pain by Day 5. And during the day I try to remind myself to sit/walk/stand straight as often as possible. Be gone hump!
Day 6 Completed: ☑ Felt almost no pain today, which is great. By Day 6, I've become much more aware of how I sit/walk/stand throughout the day. What a gain!
Day 7 Completed: ✅ A whole week with Mizi! I feel like my rounded shoulders are getting the most benefit out of this workout - which is awesome. I never realised that they were in such a terrible shape to begin with. Sorry shoulders, I'll do better.
Day 8 Completed: ☑ 8 days into this workout and all the associated pain is gone now. I have a feeling the pain shows you exactly where your muscles are tight or weak maybe? After Mizi's initiation I plan on continuing with general upper back workouts - can't wait!
Day 9 Completed: ✅ As compared to Day 1, the overall flexibility in my shoulders, upper back and even lower back (!) has noticably improved. I feel all the more motivated to keep working on these areas to reduce the hump.
Day 10 Completed: ☑ Did it! I stayed consistent with Mizi for 10 days and I can say that there are visible changes around the problem area(s). Of course, the hump took years of terrible posture to form and couldn't just magically flatten out in 10 days but the results of this mini workout routine certainly motivated me to keep working on it. Evidently, there is hope!

I started doing these for my turtle neck. Two weeks later I noticed my back feels a lot better and I think my back fat is less now. Thanks Mizi!

I have done this exercise for a month it really works you will see result in first 2 week but i contine for a month and now i am so happy ❤🎉

This workout just unlocked a whole pain that I was dealing with for a whole year now. From feb 2023 til now. God, I am so happy and relieved but somewhat mad and upset.It's bittersweet. MIZI, you are amazing!

Doing this because I'm getting married on Late november and I want to wear an updo, but I have a back hump.
So... like my comment to remind me to do this, I'll update with my progress and the date I did the exercise routine.
Day 1 (Feb 26)
Day 2 (Feb 27): I feel some pain in the neck area. Probably going to ask my fiance to give me a massage there because I'm too tense anyway.
Day 3 (Feb 28): Along with other exercises that I'm doing (I work from home as an EFL teacher and between one class and the next one I have between 1-4 hrs depending of the time of the day I do 1-2 videos along with cleaning and errands), my collarbones have become more noticeable.
Day 4 (Feb 29): Stating to notice some reduction on the neck hump. Nothing major yet but there's some change.
Day 5 (March 4): Couldn't do excercise from Friday to Sunday as I was too busy.
Day 6 (March 5): I am noticing more changes, although I am also repeating the exercises during my down times during classes (after all they're online and I have my camera off). So that's also helping. I'm also doing the slim face excercises... in total I do like 40 minutes of exercise a day, along with smaller repetitions.
Day 7 (March 6): My cat looks at me like I am crazy, mostly because I'm an appex predator using their energy reserves to move when I should be resting, lol. But overall, I've been feeling better.
Day 8 (March 8)
Day 9 (March 11): I've started to feel less back pain (on the last exercises I used to feel some pain, today it was a bit less). I think that from this week on, I'll try to do it twice a day so I'll mark it with 1/2 (9:42 am) and change it if I do (mostly because the date to go to see wedding dresses is near now) 2/2 (6:34 pm)
Day 10 (March 12): There's still some of the hump there but it's less than I remember having back on February. My collarbones are more noticeable but not like hers (anyway I know that because of my body type -soft classic kibbe- it's less likely that I would have noticeable collarbones.) 1/2 ( 9.12 am)
Day 11 (March 13): Woke up feeling a bit sore, but I also did more exercise yesterday (legs, because the spring break is almost here). Anyway, still noticing small changes. 1/2
Day 12 (March 14): Still sore, but I am still seeing small changes. Compared to the hump I had back in february, now it's way smaller. Maybe by April it will disapear?.

Dya 14 (April 3rd): This weeks were a bit hectic, so I couldn't do any exercise. Still after the spring break I noticed that I don't feel pain when I do the last exercise, so that's good?
