📌 **How To Fix Neck Hump At Home [Best Stretches and Exercises!]**:
Tired of that stubborn bump at the base of your neck? In this video, I’m going to show you exactly how to fix your neck hump with simple, effective stretches and exercises you can do right at home. No equipment needed—just a few minutes of your time each day to see real results.

🔍 **What Is Neck Hump?**:
A neck hump, also known as a dowager’s hump, is a forward rounding at the base of your neck. This forward head posture causes your vertebrae to stick out, and your body sends fat to the area to “pad” and protect it. But don’t worry—it’s something you can work on with the right techniques.

❓ **Why Do I Have A Neck Hump?**:
Neck humps are often caused by poor posture, especially from hunching over computers, phones, or tablets. Over time, this slouching can cause the muscles in your upper back and neck to weaken and the spine to curve, leading to that noticeable bump. The good news is that with consistent effort, you can correct it.

💪 **Exercises To Fix Neck Hump**:
To get rid of a neck hump, it’s important to strengthen the muscles in your upper back and neck, while also working on improving your posture. In this video, I’ll guide you through the best stretches and exercises to target this area, helping you to reduce and eventually eliminate the hump. Consistency is key, so stick with it, and you’ll see the improvement!

Thankyou for sharing this advice. I've incorporated many of your stretching exercises into my daily life and the effects have been transformational. I now walk much taller, and my back is so much stronger. And I just generally feel much better in myself. I'm a "youthful" 68 year old, still able to run around with my grandchildren, many thanks. You are my first port of call for any tweaks I have.

Mahalo!
Great techniques for hump and exercises will help begin reverse upper cross syndrome & tech neck. Chin forward or looking down for too long or too frequently is no good anterior upper muscles get tight while the posterior upper back muscles get weak.
Aloha😊

Thank you for this great video. I’m 1 1/2 years out from level 3 ACDF and this is a great revisit to the PT I went to post op. This is helping!

These are wonderful for my shoulders. Do you have any exercises for scoliosis pain? Painful to walk. Might get 20 ro 25 ft before I have to stop and bend forward to separate my vertebrae. Help if you can.

These exercises look all well and good, but maybe your missing the fact that nearly all people with this condition are at any age we're they are no longer able to carry out this routine due to immobility.
